Would give 0 stars if I could. Between people following me while I shop and now, someone standing on my porch and knocking excessively for way too long and then knocking again after I locked the deadbolt and walked away. I will never even begin to consider using this company. Awful sales practices and pushy employees.
Please have you door to door sales men/women to stop banging on doors like the police and several times even after the first time we didn’t answer. Because Alexis ignored the signs on the door and when we didn’t answer the first heavy handed police knock she did it again and then to my neighbors door.
Annoying salespersons when trying to shop in Walmart. When I first got here, they continued to bother me and my husband in the store. You also can’t even try to wait to pay on payday, they’re just going to tack on fees because they love to send disconnection notices 2-3 days after being late. Killeen utilities don’t even do that. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just had one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I am never late on my bill and was actively trying to make my payment on time. Your app was not working, and the phone number listed told me to call — but every time I called, it would just ring with no answer. When I explained this to the representative, instead of helping, I was told “you could have gone to HEB.” How was I supposed to know that was an option when your own app instructed me to call?
