They reliably overcharge you and then tell you they cant do anything for you and you suould call an electrician. Scam artists
Just got my first bill after being charged 330 dollars twice last month. You held my money hostage for almost 2 weeks until I got capital one involved. Once I did, it was pending to be returned within less than 24 hours. The worst part? The bill I received had a credit for 50 dollars. The line item was labeled "Act of Kindness Credit". Unbelievable. It's not an act of kindness when returning money you took! You didn't do me any favors. What an insult.
Reliant Security has once again screwed me for the last time! They need to stick to what they know ... Electricity ... NOT ... Alarm systems!!! Equipment and NOW billing are worthless! Now that they did a dirty rewrite of my contract I'm looking at a $1K early termination fee which I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to do. There going to screw me out of my VA pay one wat or another might as well be sooner then later where they'll find a way to get more $$$ To all those out there who are HONEST US Citizens ...
