If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just had one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I am never late on my bill and was actively trying to make my payment on time. Your app was not working, and the phone number listed told me to call — but every time I called, it would just ring with no answer. Very pushy salespeople. NO means just that. At this point I would never choose this company considering when the salespeople knock on the door, they are constant bullies and have an answer for everything. I have done my homework, and you can't compete with the energy company we have. Please work on the rep's customer service skills, you will catch more clients without the bullying.
