I've tried to disconnected with this company due to them raising the prices. I wasn't home for almost a whole month. I disconnected all appliances, turn off my A/C. Next month I was charged over $400. Which is ridiculous! I'm in the military and there are times I have to leave for quite some time. They didn't let me cancel due to year subscription. Do not recommend been having so much trouble to connect my light and they lie about to you that they are gonna have it connected the next day!Stupid! Asked for a refund they said they were gonna return it in 5 business days now they are saying its gonna take 2 weeks to return my refund!! never again
Huge liars. Give you false information then when confronted about it proceed to lie about it.
If I could I would give them half a star I would, they are the worst company ever. DO NOT SIGN UP! They make all sorts of mistakes and add charges for ridiculous minimum amounts and no one can give you an answer. I am still waiting to get refunded for charges made on my account that went through as payments but were never applied to my account. In other words, the money was taken by the company but it wasn’t taken as a payment according to their supervisors and representatives. Spend your money and time somewhere else.
Terrible tenía CPL y me cambiaron a esta compañia y no respetaron mi tarifa que tenía y su respuesta fue no hay cambio habiendo yo hecho un contrato de 3 años me están robando la peor compañía y muy mala experiencia no se las recomiendo
