I’m very dissatisfied with the switch I made to Reliant Energy. I specifically asked the rep, Emmanuel, if all of the early termination fees would be taken care of and I was reassured they would be. Fast forward, I’m only getting a $150 credit and a $100 Cavender’s gift card. That was not explained and that does not help me. Were it off to a good start. I feel scammed.
This company has been my provider for years and they have provided so much for me and my family from us getting 50$ referrals , survey bonus points to discounts on our bill , and the always understood if I needed a extra week to help me out with a payment plan . Thank you Reliant ❣️
