My first visit to this office and I left feeling great. My teeth feel great and clean. It had been awhile between visits, so I was a bit anxious/embarrassed, but the staff put me at ease. Dr. Mike explained everything carefully and the process I would need for future visits. No judgement and gentle cleaning and exam. Thank you for being kind and quick. I went to Reliant Dental as a new patient because I needed my dental bridge re-cemented. My first impression of the office was great. It was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. I was seen quickly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable. During my appointment, I was told that my insurance did not cover re-cementing my bridge and that it would cost $200 out of pocket. I love Dr. K. However I'm leaving this practice solely due to the attitude a d incompetence of the person in the office. It's very hard to get a phone call answered, and I know from sitting there that their phone isn't that busy. I have yet to have a message returned. She's rude, in person and on the phone. UT event worse is that she lies, and tries to .ake thi gs the patient's fault. I am SO VERY HAPPY with my on going dental experience at Reliant Dental. Every visit has been a super positive outcome. Really! Every one on staff including the dentist, have been polite, proffessional and on time every time. Both front & back offices are clean but not fancy, comfortable but not too inviting. If you are expecting expensive decor, a fish aquarium, TVs above each dental chair & soft music to soothe your nerves, this office is not that.
