Company driver backed into my vehicle while it was in valet at st lukes during a procedure I had. Driver didn't have ANY CARDS OR INS INFO. A report was taken and given to me after my procedure. They called that day for pics for ins. Two wks later I called and he was extremely rude and told me it'll take time but refused to give ins info. It's been a month now and today I called and the guy that answered hung up on me when I told him why I was calling and all calls since have been declined.

Reliant has no business owning a nursing home. They have no idea how to run them. All they care about is the money. Not the care of the residents. Only allowing 1 nurse and 1 aide to work 3 halls in a facility where there are 2 people lifts. Not allowing nurses to do their jobs properly because they are too busy doing the job of 3 aids and the aids is doing the job of 4. This is putting residents at risk. all missouri reliant care facilities are a place worse than prison. deserves zero stars and these humans who sit behind bars deserve to be heard. Missouri protect your loved ones and end Wards of the state and adult state guardianship. Stop paying yourself back triple profit by putting them on disability and putting them in a facility to take majority of their monthly income.
