No customer service.....was told they do not use subcontractors..guys arrived and told me they are subcontractors....had issues with broken parts, fading.....called numerous times and no return calls......never again
They should take the word "Reliant" out of the name. Have a manufacturers defect in a window they installed, requested they replace it, 10 months later not done. I've heard just about every excuse in the book. Had at least five reps talk to me...every time I call back they are no longer with the company. Not sure how they are keeping the business open. I detest someone or a business that doesn't keep their word.

Telemarketing spammers. Called on 7-12-17.. person on phone could care less about the no call list. I have -0- idea if product or services are good. But, anyone that is a spammer would never get my business.
I love the windows, it has made such a difference in the appearance of the house inside and out. I have already noticed a drop in my electric bill during the hot months. Have yet to find out about the gas bill in the winter. The installation crew were outstanding and left NO MESS for me to clean up. The manufacturer sent the wrong size screens [just a wee bit too small, but enough to let bugs in], but Reliant replaced them after a couple of months, and they were installed again at no cost to me. I give Reliant 5 stars.
Great work on my Windows and patio cover. From the first call from Beth to the last install. Was a great experience
Company auto dials and states you're not on their do not call list. Received another call today and after being hung up on by Debra when I asked for a supervisor, I called back and the receptionist had a record of my prior calls requesting I be removed. I spoke with Vince today and hopefully I'm out of the system for good. Don't use companies like Reliant Capitol that harass you with unsolicited sales calls.
