Corrupt management. I've lived on property for 12 years. In 2016 in came Reliant management. I've had to go to HUD and Fair Housing as well as Housing Authority Meetings over this company's blatant disregard of crime on the property resulting in their tenants guest entering my home with a 13" knife necessitating police in full force with rifles drawn for 3 hours on the property.
