Avoid this company like the plague. They were really good about installing my new system but it all ended there when the system stopped cooling in the second year. Sorry that I used them
Id give 0 stars if that was an option. The website says 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed, im here to tell you thats 100% bulls***. This company could care less about the consumer. My home is D R Horton an upon my 11 month inspection reliant hvac (whom are contracted with dr horton) came to fix a request under warranty. Had Reliant out for an estimate. They broke a pipe in my attic during the estimate process which flooded part of my house. They acknowledge they broke the pipe. They refuse to pay for repairs and refuse to acknowledge that the pipe they broke caused the damage. Not a good company and I would never do business with them in any capacity.
RecommendedI have used them for a few years now. I have been happy with the service each time.

Called Reliant from radio ad. They where exactly to the minute on time. And their service tech Dan Thomas was very nice and very knowledgeable about my system. Got straight to problem and repaired it. Also I want to add the price for my repair seemed very reasonable. I recommend Reliant Air to my friends.

We had a great service call - just for an annual check-up. Dan was very thorough and our AC system is great. He put a filter in our attic unit and checked everything inside and out. Thanks so much!! See you in 6 months!
