Bad customer service. I have been trying to file a claim for four months now. Took them three months just to inform me that my newborn son wasn't actually apart of the plan even though he was added to my other insurance. Now going on three weeks of trying to figure out how to add him to my plan and they responded saying they have to make a form to add a dependent which is going to be another 5-7 days. I've been paying for this insurance for almost two years now and cant even use it.
