I went in for a sleep study about 3 weeks ago. I showed up and the only person in the whole building was an elderly sleep technician who was very unprofessional. she kept telling me her life story and told me that most of the equipment in the center didn't even work, specifically the cameras, intercom and the A/C was on the fritz. Did a sleep study here 2 months ago, still waiting for them to fax my results to my dr.
My quadrapalegic daughter had a sleep study done there so I stayed the night with her. I was eaten alive by bed bugs. I had over 20 bites. I have contacted them but no reaponse. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!
The level of incompetence here is stunning. My husband had a sleep study over two months ago. No records have been sent to his doctor, no one will answer the phone here. We finally reached someone yesterday and she said she would call him back. Guess what, no call. My husband has sleep apnea and we are now in a waiting game for these people to decide to do their job.
