Horrible customer service and scheduling. We were paired with them via Tesla for the removal of solar equipment, only to be notified they wouldn't show up for the service more than twice and only a few minutes before and after each appointment; once due to "rain" that was never forecasted, and second time less than 30 minutes before the appointment's time -- after it was raining for two days straight.
