My insurance company was difficult through the whole process, but thankfully Reliance Roofing knew exactly how to deal with them and get my roof approved for my rental property. Super helpful since I travel a lot. The roofing job itself is stellar and they were super friendly and efficient. Great experience overall!

Atrocious company. Case has been open since March of 2023 with no resolution as of current. 10/18/23. I worked with Eric who was amazing. He was helping me out with my siding issues and insurance claim, but eventually stopped responding. Come to find out he had personal matters that prevented him from following up. The company, however, never reassigned my case or followed up with me, or any of Eric's cases I can only assume. I had a major issue with damage to my house during the tornado last year. I interviewed several companies about repairs and decided to hire reliance roofing, Eric Rhodes was so thorough and explained all that would be done . He took the initiative to offer to put a tarp over the hole in the roof to prevent water damage ,as it was winter and rain and snow time. What a great company.
