Had a lovely preliminary phone conversation with James and set up an appointment. He never showed. Never called. Didn’t respond when I left a message.
I recently had this company, owned by James Kim, complete a roofing project on my home. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Good communication, expert workmanship, and an attention to detail were all stand out aspects of this project. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a fair priced quality job! Do not use this company. They do not respond to post work issues. If an item is in the contract according to them they don't have to do it. I would love to hear any lawyer agree with that position. Sent them photos of the missing items and have received no response.

We had our roof fully replaced the first week of June. James was amazing throughout the entire process. From scheduling our initial appointment to the day work was completed it was a wonderful experience. James and his crew finished our roof in just one day. We’re very happy with how it all turned out, it looks great. We can’t thank James and his team enough for such a smooth process. We highly recommend reliance!
