James is a really nice person to communicate the jobs that are crucial to solve the "annoying" problems happening to my house. An experienced crew was sent to replace the roof and rotted plywood. The jobs have been completely seamlessly to prevent any leaks before the spring rain season comes. The 50-year warranty including one-time transfer warranty is very impressive, making it the most valuable shopping. Thank you - James - for your thoughtful care over the entire project.
