Contacted for an estimate, this company came out to look at the job that was requested. They claimed they would contact me with the price, I had to call them to request the price several days later, James informed me he would contact me the next day with an estimate, unfortunately this company has very poor communications and I never heard from them. They wasted my time so I ended up choosing another company.
We had a full roof replacement done after getting multiple quotes. Their pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but the explanation of materials and lifespan made it easier to justify. The crew showed up early each day, played no loud music, and kept things surprisingly organized for such a messy job. I noticed they took extra care around the garden area, which I appreciated. The new roof looks clean and solid, and neighbors even asked who did it.
If you need a siding replaced, James Kim and reliance is the place to go! Knowledgable, with good work, and patience with my 50 questions, was my experience. Got the job done on time and no complaints on the finished product! Definitely recommend him and on a side note, great guy!
