The roof is fine but Matt admitted in person and via text that their shingle delivery subcontractor damaged the end of our front gutter, promised to make it right, cashed my check for the $20,000+ roof replacement job, sent me a nice note thanking me for my trust, and then did not respond after repeated reminders that they promised to replace the gutter. Daniel did an excellent job putting together a detailed and clear estimate, which made the whole process easy to understand. Ginsely was always quick to keep me updated on the project and very responsive whenever I had questions. The crew did a fantastic job with the roof replacement. Reliance Roof Pros and Cooper Mountain Roofing were absolutely fantastic to work with for my recent roof & gutters replacement project. Very clear communication, easy to work with staff, and our rep Daniel was fabulous each time he met with us. We chose colors we liked and it all looks amazing!
