Reliance was engaged by a buyer to inspect and quote on our house. Inspector was a bit cryptic with us. The “neighborhood appropriate estimate” of over $48,000 was a bit shocking. We had our own estimate done in 2024 that came in at $25,000. Our contractor said the hoof is in great shape. It seems like they didn’t like the design of our roof, which is lower pitch, even though it’s been working fine for us for a decade.

The roof is fine but Matt admitted in person and via text that their shingle delivery subcontractor damaged the end of our front gutter, promised to make it right, cashed my check for the $20,000+ roof replacement job, sent me a nice note thanking me for my trust, and then did not respond after repeated reminders that they promised to replace the gutter. Daniel did an excellent job putting together a detailed and clear estimate, which made the whole process easy to understand. Ginsely was always quick to keep me updated on the project and very responsive whenever I had questions. The crew did a fantastic job with the roof replacement.
