Brian Newman and everyone here are unresponsive, unprofessional, rude, and frankly do not know what they are doing. You will sign one lease and when it's up, they will try to have you stay on for the next year without signing for it. And after stating you are not living there anymore, they will try to make you pay the rent for the next lease anyways. Avoid these toxic people for your own sake, these reviews are all very telling.
Charles (Chuck) is very rude with responding to properties. I cannot believe any property would pay someone to list their properties with this company because of him. Very unprofessional and I’m shocked anyone would respond to a potential customer IN WRITING the way he does. RUN!!!!! Don’t rent here!!!!!
Worst experience ever, chuck newman has no idea what the word professional means.
The worst company! Charles Newman is the worst representative. He is very rude, makes one seem like we’re a bother and then completely blocks and never returns messages back. He blocked me after I told him that the space would be for a female couple and his attitude completely went negative. Then goes to say it’s because someone filled out the paper work before me. DO NOT trust this real estate company!!! Joe is extremely unprofessional will purposefully ignore you so he doesn't have to tell you the truth of what's going on with an apartment you were first in line for he. He's disrespectful and can't even have the courage to tell someone to their face what's going on, let alone even answer them.
