Paula and her staff went the extra mile to ensure our home was sold. After a walk through, she had a plan to sell it quickly and executed it. I liked the zero soft glove treatment on what needs to be done. Up front but friendly. You can't go wrong with this level of expertise and experience. I highly recommend her for those looking to buy or sell.

Our agent was lazy & prone to errors. Not military friendly. Over valued the house then couldn't sell it. Everything was our problem to solve. We did the work & the agent gets the commission. All that to be ignored and left holding the bag. If this service was an Applebee's I would demand a refund. Instead I was reminded the commission fee is contracted and cannot be changed.. no matter how crummy the service. Completely unsatisfactory service and lost more cash than a college tuition for how long it took.
