Do not purchase a house from this builder. We purchased a high end home built by Jeremiah Gooding owner of Reliance. Since we have purchased in less then 4 months on a brand new home the following things broke or were installed inappropriately: ice maker (never hooked up to a water line, garbage disposal broke (reported to us by the repair guy that the one installed was way too small so cheap), a tile in our bathroom has come off with normal cleaning (it appears they put a small wooden piece under the missing tile bc they me... read more
