We had our windows replaced and I forgot to notify them first. I was panicking, by the time I notified them, they charge me with a fee which I understood, it was my fault. The ladies at the office made sure that all my concerns were dealt with. They responded at the 24-48 time frame. They helped me a lot with all my questions especially the form and the fee.
