Reliance HOA property management has no way to contact them. They took my money and pocket it. Reliance hasn't forward my payments to Corner Property Management. Now I am getting doubled billed. Be aware of this company Anyone who has delt with them call them the ghost company. They do not exist.

Arrived to apartment in the middle of a 3rd year winter storm. Was literally iced out of our entry ramp. I fell & hit my head and both shoulders. I called to report the fall so I could get checked out. None of my 3 messages returned!
Reliance Property Management always returns my calls in an expedient and professional manner. They have made sure our oroperty, Fox Chase, is landscaped and maintainedbeautifully. In emergencies, such as the recent building fire, they came out immediately to make sure there were no injuries, and to assess property damage. RPM has veen our property management company for 15 years, and we're keeping them!
Reliance Property Management Company is basically terrible and difficult to deal with. They manage too many properties to do a thorough job. Phone calls and emails are most often not returned by the office. We had damage to our property which they fixed, but their communication skills are absolutely unprofessional and poor. I was spoken to quite rudely and hung up on more than several occasions during the repair process. Reliance Property Management is simply awful! The “President” Monica S******** is always extremely rude! The landscaping here is atrocious! Ugly rocks are just piled up surrounding the condo. It looks terrible! I mentioned it to her when I moved here in 2018. She was so rude! She refused to do anything! I asked her if I could beautify the outside area around my unit. The answer was NO!! The company is very unreliable and do not provide quality service. They do the bare minimum to help upkeep the properties they manage. Owner complaints and concerns are ignore and not resolved. Also, both property managers Monica and Micheal Saccheti have poor customer service skills. Monica also can be very nasty and condescending.
