Very slow response time, i was looking to move for a new job and was between one here and in San Antonio through a different company. In the time it took to get an inital response from this company i found and closed on a rental property with the other company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Firstly, the photos they take of properties are of poor quality and do not accurately represent the condition of the units. This made it very difficult for me to make an informed decision. The house was 5 months old. Secondly, their customer service is severely lacking. They are incredibly impolite when responding to emails, making the whole process stressful and unpleasant. Lastly, the handyman they send is outrageously expensive.
