No complaints, they had their online tenant portal updated a while ago and it has been better since. On the 2nd rental with them over the last 5yrs
My experience with Reliance PM Pros has been nothing short of terrible. The homeowner they manage for is unbelievably cheap — they wouldn’t even spend an extra $25 to properly fix a fridge issue, which says a lot about the type of “care” you can expect. On top of that, Reliance is VERY quick to hit you with random fees that only seem to benefit them, not the tenant. Their communication is flat-out awful. We are so thankful to have found this team and their properties! Anna Jackson went above and beyond to make sure that we had a safe and beautiful home to move into! The application process was simple. The customer service has been exemplary. Homeowners and tenants, this team is definitely your go to for property management and customer service! Very slow response time, i was looking to move for a new job and was between one here and in San Antonio through a different company. In the time it took to get an inital response from this company i found and closed on a rental property with the other company.
Great customer service, extremely friendly and professional staff. Always very quick to return a call, couldn’t be happier!!
