Very slow response time, i was looking to move for a new job and was between one here and in San Antonio through a different company. In the time it took to get an inital response from this company i found and closed on a rental property with the other company.
Great customer service, extremely friendly and professional staff. Always very quick to return a call, couldn’t be happier!!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Firstly, the photos they take of properties are of poor quality and do not accurately represent the condition of the units. This made it very difficult for me to make an informed decision. The house was 5 months old. Secondly, their customer service is severely lacking. They are incredibly impolite when responding to emails, making the whole process stressful and unpleasant. Lastly, the handyman they send is outrageously expensive. This company has been really thorough in providing information and responding to questions. I look forward to working with them.
Rude and uninformative. They would only text short statements. Would not return calls. Rushed me to get apps completed and then put me behind other apps that were after me because I didn’t get all apps done on time. Accepted app after mine and still charged me app fee. They will screw you for every cent they can. Do not use!
