Attention all fleet owners and trucking company, be very carful doing business with Reliance Partners, they take will take your money and when it come down to paying claim they will keep ignoring you, and giving you excuses and run arounds vs. helping resolve the claim. Very poor quality of service and communication when i try to contact Missi Shelton or Gentry Smith they will ignore you and we keep getting storage fees on open claims, we have to hire a lawyers to help u with this, VERY VERY disappointed by this company not... read more
Trash, Trash, Trash, I wish there was a zero stars button. they are always rude. I did a truck swap they charged me double for insurance. and after I took the rental off the truck they charged me for 90 days after the truck was returned. while someone else is driving the rental truck I am paying insurance for. you have been warned in advance stay far away they will rob you
