I was having an issue with placing an online order. I called Reliance and Lovely G. answered. Rather than just give me a new log-in, she went above and beyond helping me place an order over the phone and update all of our office info. She was by far one of the friendliest people I have encountered on the phone at this company. She was sweet, helpful, and patient. I just wanted to commend her for her excellent service! Great hire!
