For truck deliveries they where fast and efficient. Good manners and respectful. Except for this white young man who was kind of rude. But his young got lots to learn.
There was one nice guy on site, the rest of them made me feel like I was in the wrong hood. Bad attitudes and unprofessional demeanor. I won't deliver to them again.

You guys should definitely look into hiring Gilbert Romero Jr. Amazing person all around. Has that, "let's get it done attitude,". He's a team player that can handle will-calls, shipping, receiving, all while maintaining a positive demeanor and assuring customers that their orders all being fulfilled. Definitely went downhill once Mr. Romero was let go.
It's not as good as it was as Reliance, management sucks, customers complained about bad customer service and high prices.Go somewhere else workers are not happy here that's why it takes a lot of time to pick up or deliver materials here
