Got harassed multiple times by the front desk. The first time it was for sitting on the stairs, and the next time was for talking on my phone.
Here on working business trip in the area, I was told by front desk of a returned deposit and it hasn't return yet. I left the room in good shape there was no need to keep my deposit. Reliance just lost a return customer because I have to work in this area on certain days and this is where I had planned to stay.
