Reliance hospice has been wonderful for my father and my family. We were referred to Reliance by my father's oncologist after he decided to stop treatment for his cancer due to complications. As my father's caretaker I have been working with Leslie (admin manager), Gayane (RN), and Jennifer (social worker) as a part of my father's care team at Reliance.
