I’ve posted on Yelp regarding Reliance, reliance was there when I needed them the most. If ever in need of their services, I highly recommend them. I’ve personally had contact w their owner, she really works w/ her team. They provided my family nothing but amazing services and support. Thank you again.
Absolutely sickening negligence of a patient with a terminal illness! If I could give this company half a star or none at all-I would! My uncle was discharged from the hospital and our family chose Reliance Hospice care because they agreed to provide my uncle with IV treatment every three days in home. After the first three days, they failed to show up or make sure that we had the correct equipment for the type of IV bag that we were discharged with.
