For my pool heater issue, I was promised a service visit two separate days. First one they postponed and the 2nd one they no-showed and didn’t call back when I reached out to them that day. The “Reliance” in their name should not be misconstrued as reliable.

Great experience from start to finish. My pool heater broke and they fit me in the next day. The technician arrived and diagnosed my problem very quickly. They covered the part under warranty and only charged me the labor. Could not be more pleased with my experience.
TERRIBLE management. Treats employees as pawns. Very disappointed in this well known company.
