Most incompetent HVAC company I’ve ever seen and they have proved that in every way possible- from technician saying they don’t know how to do basic task to saying they’re not comfortable climbing 2 steps up on a step ladder to take a mini split cover off by himself without a helper even though he has been out here and done that exact task by himself multiple times.
