Anyone who has experienced summer in Atlanta knows just how essential a properly functioning HVAC system is. Just a few days ago, during an especially intense heatwave, my nearly ten-year-old HVAC system suddenly began leaking refrigerant. To avoid repeated repairs, I decided to replace the entire unit. Most incompetent HVAC company I’ve ever seen and they have proved that in every way possible- from technician saying they don’t know how to do basic task to saying they’re not comfortable climbing 2 steps up on a step ladder to take a mini split cover off by himself without a helper even though he has been out here and done that exact task by himself multiple times.
