We have had Reliance Heating and Air for around 8 years. Always on time, courteous and attention to detail. J did our summer visit today. He reminded me of a capacitor that needed to be replaced. Had part on truck and was able to replace in spite of approaching storm. We appreciate him as my husband has been sick. Helped bring in groceries from car.....I had been trying to get home b4 him. CNA let him in and he was almost done. Great customer service !!!!!!!

Izzy and Cameron were here today at our home to do our routine twice a year maintenance.  They were very professional and found a leak in our upstairs unit.  It is very useful to have maintenance checkups.  They put everything back very nicely.  Even cleaned up all our 3 units outside.  Been using them for the last 10 years. Recommend them highly.

We called at 2 pm on Friday as we had no heat as the weekend snow was beginning. By 5 pm we had a tech there to help us find the problem.   This is a great company that always treats its customers with care going above and beyond
