Robbie came out this morning to service our heating system. While doing so he noticed that the circuit breaker on our water heater was totally fried. He brought it to our attention. He is truly an angel that saved our lives. I don’t know what would have happened to us had he not brought it to our attention. He is truly a wonderful employee. He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable.

I have been with Reliance Heating and Air for over ten years. They provide annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit. On one occasion my A/C unit would intermittently just shut off requiring me to reset the breaker. I thought for certain this was going to be a big expense to fix. Phil, my Reliance service technician ran some test and did not find any apparent issue. He decided to look at my main breaker and give it a (tightening) tweak with his screw driver.
