Pulte uses this contractor for our subpar HVAC system. We had a HVAC system that failed 5 times in 1 year and 5 months and almost set our new home on fire. They are not servicing our warranty for 72 hours and letting our family suffer in the August heat. Very disappointed. They cancelled our Monday appointment without our consent.

Anyone who has experienced summer in Atlanta knows just how essential a properly functioning HVAC system is. Just a few days ago, during an especially intense heatwave, my nearly ten-year-old HVAC system suddenly began leaking refrigerant. To avoid repeated repairs, I decided to replace the entire unit.
