I purchased a home in the Vinings area of Atlanta in 2014. With in 1yr I had replaced both HVAC systems for the property. 2015 I replaced the system that cools the main floor and downstairs of my home. I did so with a high quality robust system. 7.5 years later I was shocked to learn that system needs to be replaced again. Multiple assessors pointed out the major issue causing the system failure. I highly recommend Reliance. They are responsive to customer needs and very professional. I can only say that I was sad to hear that Barry Chadwick is leaving the field for an inside job. He is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable HVAC techs with whom I have ever had the pleasure to have troubleshoot and repair an HVAC problem. A true professional.
