Scott and his team were phenomenal throughout my first home loan process. Scott went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate and made the whole experience feel much less stressful. He explained every step clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish.
We're incredibly happy with our experience and outcome - my wife and I had a few refinance partners before Scott and he was by far the easiest to work with. The reviews were spot on and he knew what we needed, listened, spent time with us, and made everything easy. He was unbelievably easy to get a hold of quickly and seems to work and be available every day. He treated us extremely well. Can't recommend him enough - he pushes on your behalf and does as much for you as he'd do for himself.

Scott, Marilyn, and the rest of the team at Reliance Financial were great to work with. Their rate was significantly better than other lenders, and Scott was always quick to respond to texts and calls. I had a fairly complex refinance, and despite some challenges with the lenders, he made the whole process feel straightforward. 10/10 would definitely use them again for future refinances.
Scott and his team are excellent to work with!!! I shopped multiple lenders and Scott had the best rates and lowest closing costs. The process moves very smoothly and we closed on a refi in less than a week! Will definetly use Scott again for future purchases and refinances!
