Scot and his team were absolutely exceptional. I have dealt with several loan companies over the years and Scot and his team were by far the most professional and efficient of any of them. They made the whole experience stress free. Which typically is not what happens when you are getting a home loan. Thanks to reliance financial I can say that I successfully closed on my first ever home. The communication was excellent from both Scott and Navdeep, and as a result, they were able to handle a quick close. Scott was able to beat out the nearest rate offered to me by 0.25%.
