The ladies at this establishment are top tier, from the front office, the lady who did my blood work (a thousand kisses), the medical assistant, and the Nurse Practitioner.
My mom originally seen another there, and she was amazing, but they changed my mom to Althea Dimaculangan. She is very rude! She would never listen to what my mom was saying, she treated my mother like she wasn't even involved in her own care! She does not listen to her concerns, and gets very rude of you don't agree with her. She would change medications and discontinued medications without telling her, so there were times she would have 2 different breathing medicines and we weren't even sure why, or which to take.This is ... read more
Not organized. I tried the weight loss program with "M" who never returns my calls. Took over 2 weeks to get her to order my first month's supply of glp1. And for the second month I've tried for over 2 weeks to have her place my second order and she never follows up. It's just a lot of excuses. Any and every doctors office offers glp1's, there is literally no reason for me to have to deal with unorganized people.
