We had an excellent experience with Reliance Builders. They were extremely organized in developing the project plan, leaving very little downtime during the project. They completed the work with high quality and faster than we expected! We added to the scope of the work several times and they were great about adapting to our needs without pushing the timeline. They are very knowledgeable and helped a lot with a number of detailed decisions. I highly recommend them for your remodeling project. Also, they guarantee their work ... read more
Reliance Builders is not your average construction company. The level of professionalism and organization is superb. They are experienced, knowledgeable and have developed a process that works! Jon and Tyler treat your home as if it were theirs. They have excellent sub contractors and are on top of the project every step of the way. The process starts with a sit down meeting to discuss the scope of the work, cost and timeline. Every step of the project is laid out in writing and on their website. Their project Manager, Tyler... read more
Jon and his crew worked through many road blocks via state and county permits but got everything approved in time. These things take time it seems. When everything was all said and done, I was quite happy with the final product! I gave little guidance to them and they came through with winning colors all around. Jon knows what he is doing and I could not be happier. Reliance Builders of Colorado Two thumbs up! I am not the best on a computer so no pics, but it looks great!
Nothing but good things to say about Reliance Builders. Jon and Tyler were fantastic to work with on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Their work quality and attention to detail are top notch, but what really sets these guys apart is their communication and organization. We knew what was going on every step of the way, and we always felt confident they had things handled. They seamlessly managed all the many logistics and moving pieces along the way, and clearly have strong relationships with all their trade partners, which ... read more
As a design firm, we appreciate contractors who have their processes in order. John and Tyler have been impressive to work with. I appreciate their attention to details beyond the jobsite, like scheduling, pre-constrution team-meetings, and ensuring that we are invited to walk with the trades before installation so that our mutual clients design is implemented as intended. The team is friendly, courteous, and I will absolutely recommend them to our clients.
