I've been a patient for nearly 3 years, Dr. Russell is amazing at what she does. She works with my medications to find the right ones with minimal side effects. She really shows how much she cares for her patients.
Hard to reach directly, must leave a message but they respond fairly quickly most times. Sometimes it may be after 5pm but they tend to respond quickly. Good service, smaller clinic but I feel I get more personal time and care as a result. Dr Russell and Dr Bolling are wonderful clinicians and the girl that works the desk is very sincere and helpful.
Ms. Renee, goes above and beyond for her patients. I have personally witnessed her stay after hours to make sure a patient can get medication samples. She loves her patients and truly cares about their well being.
Renee has been a life saver for me, my husband, and my son. She has been the best psych professional I have ever dealt with. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is so inviting. 10/10 recommend.
