The company came out to just proactively inspect the unit. They sent an obviously unqualified tech who blew the capacitor and fried the circuit board. They replaced the capacitor, but used a salvaged circuit board that only lasted a day before blowing. They refuse to address any concerns, or help in any way. They are extremely antagonistic and rude. They record everything to intimidate customers.
