Plant manager is hypocritical. Favortism exists heavily.. Low wages.
Melissa at the front desk will bend over backwards for you. The customer service is very good. If you have any questions and they are busy, leave a message or email and they always get back to me by the end of the day at the latest. Lead times on products can be variable, but they always try to work with you and keep stocked items for you.
I didn't even get so far as to put an application in. I called and a $2 answering message responds, ending with a "Press 9 for an operator or stay on the line." When the operator answers, she is clearly Indian. I'm not racist, but that doesn't bode well for a white boy like me. She then informs me that they only hire through a temp service and they hire after 90 days. Oh, and they have NO CNC jobs... it's all assembly.
