Unprofessional, unpleasant We had a balcony built by this company, and balconies are supposed to be a specialty of theirs. Several of the subcontractor crews they used were incompetent, and we had to have them come back out to repair badly done parts of the project. Their front office staff is incapable of communicating, so we had crews show up unannounced when they weren't supposed to be here and not show up when they were supposed to.
