I've lived here in Cambridge for 8 years and my heat/a/c has never worked right even though it was new when I bought the house. I have an old Victorian home (brand new old). I have MS and heat can cause me serious mobility problems ; It was 92 degrees in my condo when I arrived from Baltimore. Scott met me at the condo and quickly determined the problem, fixed it, and had cool air blowing again. I contacted this company to service an old a/c unit. My technician Scot did an excellent job, He also came back and installed a u/v light system. That day he was running 15 minutes behind and he called me about 1/2 hour before our appointment to advise me. I was very impressed about his phone call and work completed.
