NOT reliable. Would not honor their warranty for my failed well pump. Refused to come to my home for a pump replacement that they had warrantied, as I was "no longer in their service area". Told me to hire another contractor who would honor the pump warranty. That didn't happen and Reliable won't honor their 3 year warranty. I have the failed pump and was willing to drop the pump off for a credit. NO, they wouldn't honor their on warranty. Stay away.
