Jeremy from Reliable Water Mitigation made himself available very quickly once Home Depot flooded my kitchen and basement. He has all the necessary equipment to ensure that I could keep my cabinets and did not have any mold growth issues. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very empathetic to the stress of the situation. I called Jeremy to ask about a moisture issue in my basement and Jeremy gave an easy fix that doesn’t cost much money or time. He could have tried to earn my business by quoting some big projects and take advantage of the situation instead I felt he chose to give an honest opinion and a workable solution that he would have given to his own son if he was tight on budget. Reliable did a great job, had 2 flooded elevator shafts that they drained.Showed up right when they said they would be there. They also had great customer service, and got the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone that needs their services!
