Jeremy from Reliable Water Mitigation made himself available very quickly once Home Depot flooded my kitchen and basement. He has all the necessary equipment to ensure that I could keep my cabinets and did not have any mold growth issues. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very empathetic to the stress of the situation. Reliable Water Mitigation provided an excellent client experience during an extremely stressful situation. Our upstairs laundry room flooded into our hallway, daughter's bedroom/closet, and settled into the ceiling of our garage. Jeremy came very highly recommended and now I understand why. Reliable Water Mitigation did a wonderful job handling our flood. I contacted Jeremy at 4am by 4:30am he had arrived and setup dehumidifiers. By the next day he had a crew out to demo and dry out all affected areas. Jeremy's customer service is top tier. He has helped us navigate this difficult situation and tried his best to help wherever he can. I would 100% recommend his company.

Words can not describe Jeremy's ability to save the day. We had multiple layers of our home flood due to a clogged septic line. This would be a bad day for anyone. To add to the stress we had just brought home our 5 day old baby, had our 2.5 year old to tend to, and inlaws in town.
