Scheduled an appointment for today a few days ago and let the staff know I had a hard appointment to leave the house by 1130am. The staff mentioned they will arrive around 10am. Fast forward to today... I cleaned up the work area for the staff to work on in the morning but was called at 10am sharp letting me know he would be arriving at 1115am and if I couldn’t do that time, they would ask the warranty company to send another company out for another date and cited family matters and won’t be available to service for another ... read more
