This is a response to the Owner. Calling my review misleading is not true. Stating I have received constant communication, is not accurate. There have been multiple instances of leaving voicemails, followed by emails, then another phone call. Not over the course of an hour or a few minutes, but the day. The couple of times I reached out while someone is out of office, they mention it and I make note to maybe call a different time of the day in another instance. I have used this company multiple times for various moves, they are always great to work with and deliver on their promises. If you need to move this is the only mover I would call in NY/NJ.

The packing/loading team were great, I appreciate their work tremendously. Everything after was an absolute nightmare. Costs were accurate within a couple hundred (I added insurance), but the communication was atrocious. It still is! I have been trying to recover about 60-70% of my belongings that were lost during the move. I moved from NYC to Alabama. These items include everything, all of my dishes/pots/pans, microphones, majority of my cabling, any clothes that I did not travel with personally, the list goes on. Now in th... read more
