They took my paperwork and deposit over 3 weeks ago for Christmas light installation!!! They have not yet scheduled. They give me the run around every time I call. Also, they claim they store your lights from year to year. Only now I feel like they have stolen my lights from last year because they aren’t coming them back to install them. And once i call visa to dispute the deposit charge as “service never received” I’m sure I’ll never see my lights again. 👎🏼. I cannot say enough good about this company! The tree estimator was friendly and upfront with me about what it was going to take to do the job done right and they were able to help me in 2 weeks! They came early and left as quickly as possible considering the size of the tree they took down! The yard and street were clean! The people were professional and friendly, and there were no loose ends to tie! WELL DONE, HIDDEN OAK!
Worst company. They seriously should fire Mike Frank. He stole from me while on the job, so unprofessional. 0 stars

Reliable Tree Care was excellent! Mark was knowledgeable, friendly and took excellent notes to help us compare to other tree servicers.
Professional, helpful, and experts in their field - I was very pleased with my experience - the staff was amazing and the follow up superb. I don't know a lot about the health of trees, however, that didn't matter because Reliable Tree Care knows it ALL. They handled my issues with ease, and kept me informed along the way. They were on time, neat, helpful, and very customer-focused. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Reliable Tree Care is managed by very knowledgeable and honest people who really care about your trees and the environment and won't spray just for the money
Good skill, very poor business manners. The date of my tree pruning was pushed back and pushed back because they were putting Christmas lights ahead of me on their schedule. They finally arrived (double the length of time they had originally scheduled) and didn't complete the task as discussed during my consultation. They cited the contract and faulted me for not noting one branch specifically on the written contract that I wanted cut even though it was clear in the conversation and mentioned many times.
