Recommended#1 for me was their honesty. They checked out my very old transmission (98 Subaru) due to a flashing A/T light on my dash and said my transmission was fine and showed me how to reset the flashing light myself--so I wouldn't have to pay them. <3 <3 <3
I needed a new gas sensor put on. Got that done just before going to my 1:00 appt.. Well about half way there my engine sounded like a jet ready for take off. So I can't go back to my mac shop,he went hunting. In a big panic, well what do I do now? Had an error code on my 2013 Altima. Mechanic recommended that I take it to Reliable Transmission. I was impressed with them on the phone and when I dropped the car off - great customer service. After they diagnosed the problem, they called me and we discussed the problem. Turns out it was just really dirty transmission fluid. They changed the fluid and filter and I picked it up the same day. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Reliable Transmission Service.

Very impressed with these guys. I had my F250 that i just purchased a few months ago checked out and serviced today. I told them i wanted to know the condition of what i just invested in. I was told the transmission was in great shape. Its not too often you hear that from other mechanics. It seems they always find something. But for them to say everything was fine, was not only surprising but very encouraging. I will always bring my vehicles here for service. I highly recommend them.
Had a pesky error code that wasnt showing up when ever I brought my truck in, so had take in a couple times to finally figure out was wrong. Jason never charged me once for the inspections, spent alot time trying figure it out for me and was always honest about everything. They did everything they could knowing I was on a tight budget and never pushed me to do work I couldn't afford. Great experince and a great shop.
I came in and gad gotten great service with respectful employees, thanks jason for helping me out, if hes the manager then im pleased to say hes a great one.
