Only giving a 1 because zeros are not possible. No communication from them unless you call. They start and complete work prior to any estimates. Then the truck is done at 5pm on a Friday that’s when they tell you sorry we only take cash or credit cards while the truck has been there nearly a month. Been in business nearly 70 years and can’t take our check. You will NEVER see me or our trucks again and we will tell EVERY customer we EVER tow to not use your services.
I brought my truck in thinking I had a transmission issue. They took a look and it appeared I had other issues not related to my transmission. They were happy to help me and resolve these problems. While working on my truck, other issues compounded. They were willing to go the extra step and got me on the road. Even after I picked up my truck, they continued to be amazing.
