We've had our Cascade tent for 2 winters, and while the fabric seems good, the poles aren't strong. They're made of some grade of soft malleable aluminum, and bend very easily under any snow loading.
There is not enough space to explain what my 10x10 Teton has been through. 2 winters living in Minnesotas BWCA, full time guiding. And now I live in it !! I love this tent so much it's where I sleep. I say goodnight to my family and head to the tent . It's spent over 3 years set up and the only issue ever has been a door zipper replacement. The fly has been tortured by wind,snow, and heat . I honestly can't believe it still works and I will have to replace it after this winter. I will buy this same exact tent again !!
Hey...maybe get your customer phone numbers straight. You have been calling me for 2 weeks. This morning...after I have been up for 24 hours working and on call, you call me BEFORE 8 am after I finally get 5 minutes of sleep....some guy mumbling on the phone "hey Brads out". Please GET YOUR CUSTOMER PHONE NUMBERS STRAIGHT!
