Scheduled my service a week ago for a recall of the ocd sensor. They phoned and confirmed the appointment yesterday. Arrived early today to find out they haven't even ordered the part. Then they try to upsale an alignment that wasn't needed, an oil change, cabin and air filter changes, fuel additive and brakes. Wasted my day and drove 3 hours round trip for nothing. Not to mention the 2 hour wait in the service waiting area.
We trust them with servicing our 2024 Suburu Forrester Wilderness because they always do a great job. If we know it will take a while, they have people who give a ride to and from your home so you don't have to wait there. They have plenty of water, snacks, and coffee, plus nice clean restrooms. Not to mention how attentive and nice they are. We are loyal customers who are very content with this company. We highly recommend.

Deer reliable Subaru service, you lost my business with a simple phone call. I called because I was interested in getting an estimate on repairs for my vehicle but all I got was your AI wanting me to book an appointment. I'm not interested in Booking an appointment until I know about how much it's going to cost. I have used Reliable Subaru for service for 8 years and finally couldn’t take it anymore. I was looking for a consistent, reliable place to take my car for repairs, but that was not my experience. Besides the fact there seems to be a high turnover, which makes consistent service difficult but I just took my vehicle to a new place to verify the repairs Reliable said I needed, and they said they were unnecessary.
