Brittany is a gem and this place is lucky to have her. After interacting with her for only a few minutes I could tell 3 things clearly: she's very smart - she knows her stuff and is so refreshing to interact with someone who is knowledgeable about the products and services, she's very friendly and was very patient with my delays that weren't her problem whatsoever, and she goes above and beyond - she seems like the kind of person where doing things "good" isn't good enough, and she strives for excellence. I cannot speak about the storage facility but I can speak about their U-Haul rentals. I have used them for 26ft box trucks and cargo vans. They always make the process super easy from start to finish. The rental is always ready to go at the time requested. Staff is always polite and friendly.
