I am responding to Brenda Ackerman's review. We have not been to her house since 2013. We did not perform the work she is stating. In addition, we are fully licensed and insured, so I have no idea what she's talking about when she states we are not certified. I believe she is confused about which company did work for her. Even if we did do the work, we have been in business for over 30 years installing solar systems and we know what we're doing.

Panels removed and replaced for new roof owner Greg McTaggart changed flow of pipes which has resulted in consistent leaks ever since that time. No under panels under the to protect from the metal roof resulting in continuous vibration continuous leaks. Finally filed with Better Business Bureau original company took over and fix it for the time being now consider moving Solar totally. I would not recommend hiring his company ever they are not certified.

Tricia was the only service able or willing to troubleshoot an emergency over the phone on a Friday afternoon. She works strictly in the office now. But, because she used to work on the equipment she is my go to gal. I want to add we were not Reliable’s client yet when she told us how to resolve the problem. But, , you guessed it, we are now. Loved this one of kind service. We hired them for weekly pool service too.
