I had a 20 year old motor fail on a very large motorized storm shutter. I contacted Kevin at Reliable Shutter Co. in Venice. Since my house was going on the market soon, getting it working in a timely way was very important. Kevin came quickly, diagnosed the problem and was able to get a new motor the same week and installed it (with the help of his son). I couldn’t have had a better experience and I recommend Reliable for shutter work, either new or repair. A great local company!

Last summer this company installed shutters for my linai. My first opportunity to test them was in preparation for Hurrican Ian and they wouldn't lock. Without hesitation , during the rain and wind of Hurricane Idalia, the owner came out and showed me how to lock them properly. This is a company that stands behind their work.
