Mark showed up found the blockage and had it fixed within minutes. He also explained to me the reason the problem occurred and what he recommended to do so the problem doesn’t reoccur. Very knowledgeable, I highly recommend
We had some septic tank issues a few weeks before Christmas. I called Reliable, and spoke to Sherry, who was very helpful. Mark was able to come out earlier than expected, and had our issue resolved in less than two hours. They were both very helpful with the situation, and we did not have to get our tank pumped as we were expecting. Mark talked to us about do's and don'ts with a septic system, and got us back on track. Highly recommend.
If you want someone who cares about doing a great job and give you the best service they can to treat you with respect and not just charge you as much money they can I would love to recommend them to everyone who needs help with any plumbing problems all I can say is thank you 😊 🙏 😀
Mr. Bolen was excellent. He arrived on time & assessed the issues. He clearly explained the problem, my options and the costs in words that I could understand. He worked to completely repair my issues (there was a second issue that didn’t show initially). He order a part for next day delivery to save me $$ then came back late on a Saturday evening so we had a working shower & toilet for Christmas holiday.
