on 12/29/2023 I went into my local Lowes store to purchase and secure installation on a Aquasure 64000-grain water softener system. The store sent an installation referral to Reliable Services USA. Reliable refused to do the install because they are contractually obligated to install and sell AO Smith products only. Then the rep (Reliable) proceeded to try to sell me a AO Smith product that was less of a machine at more then double the cost. Excellent service and technical ability. Nathan and his associate quickly solved a problem left over from a prior bad install. They were prompt and came with only a days notice because of the severity of the problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Robert installed two toilets for us. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Took a couple of hours and left the place clean. Would definitely recommend R&R.
